Loretta Jo leads a special workshop/practice. These sessions are an extended practice session (90-minutes or more). All practices/workshops include a bit of lecture coupled with asana & anatomy, mantra, pranayama, and meditation.
*A practice enabling students an effective means to enhance their yoga practice and personal development.
These classes give students a chance to practice poses they may not have the chance to explore fully during a regular group class.
Practices may have a focus on: Hips, Hamstrings, Arm Balances, Core Strength, Twists, Forward Folds and/or BackBends~
Vinyasa Flow Sequencing, themes, advanced postures and more including alignment tips & cues may be provided for each pose~ This class is open to all students and yoga teachers and combines practice, lecture and discussion and may include Mantra, Mudra & Mythology. Students are encouraged to ask questions & explore their physical, mental & spiritual practice~
