CANCELLATIONS

*Note:  All class cancellations must be made four (4) or more hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class begins will not receive a refund. Members who cancel after the aforementioned timeframe will be charged a $10 penalty for late cancellations and no-shows. In the event of a cancellation of a class CYC will notify registrants via email and/or text no later than one hour prior to the start of class ~ and registrants will receive a credit to their account.
