Thursday Evenings at 6pm is Yoga-Mojo Deep Stretch with Loretta Jo~
Yoga-Mojo Deep Stretch is an active stretching practice focusing on primary muscle groups targeting the hips, hamstrings, core & back muscles. Following the Yoga-Mojo Method, practices begin in a seated pose with breath work, followed by movement designed to awaken the body and prepare the body/mind for poses we can hold for several breaths / minutes. While not required, you might wish to have a block (or two), a strap (belt/long scarf) and a blanket/towel available as supportive props for the practice.
We settle in for a wonderful deep rest and relaxation in Savasana — connecting with the body’s natural healing process — inviting a sense of peace and calm within.
