Learn the Basics of Yoga! This Sunday, January 10th 4-5:30pm Loretta Jo guides you through a practice with a focus on Standing Poses & Forward Folds. Practice begins in a comfortable seated pose and breath work followed by Yoga-Mojo’s Awakening Sequence. Loretta Jo will share information on different styles of yoga, followed by instruction on the basics of several standing postures and considerations / guidelines for poses in the Forward Fold Category. Enjoy and have Fun with Yoga 101 – FUN-damentals. Open to all students!
