This is an invitation to relax, unwind and de-stress mid-week online with Wind Down Wednesday with Alex! Wednesday’s at 7:30pm… A slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses & breath work. Poses will be primarily on the mat with limited standing poses as we focus on supine poses for release~ Allow your body to move and stretch with ease, your breath to slow down and your mind to rest.
