You’ve feasted, practiced social distancing, given thanks. Take a moment for reflection. And burn off some holiday excess!
This class starts with pranayama (breath control) practice before building a vinyasa flow sequence with an emphasis on poses to improve digestion and build strength. We’ll then slow things down with deep stretches and a relaxing savasana.
This class is open to all students, regardless of practice level. Pose modifications will be given and props can be used so that each student may enjoy this flow wherever they are in their practice. Be ready to challenge yourself and have fun! All Levels Vinyasa with twists, hips, core and more.
