Each week we’ll explore and break down yoga poses from different pose categories. Practices begin with a short seated meditation, breath work and Yoga-Mojo’s “Awakening Sequences” — followed by ‘how-to’ instruction on pose set up / pose transitions with alignment suggestions, modifications and guidance that are unique to and best for you!
Every practice concludes with Savasana~
While each session offers a complete practice, each week includes a focus:
Week Two: Forward Folds – Sunday, October 10th
Week Three: Backbends – Sunday, October 17th
Week Four: Twists – Sunday, October 24th
Register for the whole series ($60) or per class with Yoga-Mojo’s Class Pass.
NOTE: Class size is limited to six (6) students. Students must be fully vaccinated and masks will be work while in studio per current guidelines. Yoga-Mojo studio has an AirBox Air Purifier in place and students will be ~6 or more feet apart in studio.
