Take a deep dive into the study and practice of yoga!
Learn to teach yoga mindfully, safely and effectively. The Yoga-Mojo Yoga Teacher Training (YMYTT) program is both educational and transformational, bringing depth to your practice and teaching. This training is geared towards aspiring teachers as well as serious practitioners who may not wish teach but want to deepen their understanding of all aspects of yoga.
Come study what you love in a safe, supportive and dynamic environment. Yoga-Mojo YTT is a comprehensive 230-hour training certification program registered with the Yoga Alliance.
  • The History, Philosophical Roots and Branches of yoga
  • Yoga Techniques: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantras, Mudras & Mythology
  • Functional Anatomy, Subtle Body Anatomy
  • Introduction to Sanskrit and Physiology
  • Teaching Skills including modifications, adjustments, and progressive sequencing
