This Vinyasa class is a mindful approach to exploring movement with breath. Taken at a slow and unhurried pace, students focus on breath – holding each pose for several breaths, becoming aware of range of motion/flexibility, and building strength.
Creative sequencing keeps you inspired, with time to explore each pose. Alignment, muscle activation and pranayama keeps us in the moment.
